That site is the only one I know of that has fanfiction on it, it's a rare thing to find an active site as it is, but that one is very active. There's an ec livejournal but the only posts that ever show up on it are the occasional "hi I'm new here" posts and that's it. Definitely check it out, in general it's a great group of people.
