I don't have time to read all this, but I still think Grant being Hydra was a much-needed bit of recasting. I like the new guy better and like the pared down SHIELD. I prefer them without all the resources.

I liked the cop pairing in Almost Human, but I disliked several of the more recent plots. I definitely think that show could have gotten better writing and been successful, but Karl Urban has a pretty good movie career going. I would think that may have been a problem too.
