New Gen Multi-Media Zine: The Brotherhood 5

My good friend Yum@ of Pyramids Press is announcing a new gen multimedia print zine, The Brotherhood 5, to premier in two weeks at MediaWest*Con 28.

The Brotherhood 5 is a gen anthology zine packed with new stories in our favorite fandoms: Supernatural (2), Torchwood (2), Stargate Atlantis (2), NCIS (2), Stargate SG-1 (3, including a Mag7 crossover), Magnificent 7 (1 ATF universe, 1 SG-1 crossover), The Sentinel (2), Lord of the Rings (1), Starsky and Hutch (1), Quantum Leap (1), and Young Riders (1). The stories focus on the friendships and strong bonds between our favorite characters. The Brotherhood 5 is 400 pages, professionally printed, perfect-bound, 6" x 9", with beautiful full-color, wrap-around cover art by Cathy. Though Pyramids Press works to get the look of zine as close as possible to something you'd buy at a bookstore, it is a nonprofit, labor of love produced by fans, for fans. Like all Pyramids Press zines, the stories are new (have not been previously published or appeared on the ‘net), gen (no slash), and there are no deathfics. Ratings are G-R.

If you’re not attending MediaWest, you may order a copy of this zine to be delivered to you via USPS at the Pyramids Press order page. The base cost is $27 per zine. US shipping is $4.80 per zine. Shipping to Canada or Mexico is $10 per zine. Shipping to Europe/Australia/the Pegasus galaxy is $12 per zine. All amounts are in US dollars, and reflect the USPS rate increases going into effect on May 12. Orders for USPS delivery will be shipped June 15. Please place online orders by June 1. The Brotherhood 5 is a limited-run print; Pyramids Press has no plans to reprint this zine, so order early to secure a copy.

New Supernatural Zines: The Brotherhood 4 & 6

My good friend Yum@ of Pyramids Press is announcing two new Supernatural print zines, The Brotherhood 4 and The Brotherhood 6, to premier on May 22 at MediaWest*Con 28.

Like last year’s The Brotherhood 2, The Brotherhood 4 and The Brotherhood 6 are all-Supernatural gen zines with a strong emphasis on the brothers’ bond of family and friendship. This project started as one zine, but with well over 500 pages of excellent stories, Yum@ had no choice but to split it into two zines. The Brotherhood 4 is 283 pages; The Brotherhood 6 is 296 pages. Both zines are professionally printed, perfect-bound, 6" x 9", with beautiful full-color, wrap-around cover art by Cathy. Though Pyramids Press works to get the look of zine as close as possible to something you'd buy at a bookstore, it is a nonprofit, labor of love produced by fans, for fans.
