Yes, please. I fear they are being cut for time--they're not visibly part of the super-alliance, and IIRC, even in the book we don't see how Chaff dies. It's a real shame (so many fics have done great things with these characters), but I suspect we're barely going to see them in the film. :(
Bruno Gunn said he made up a personal backstory for Brutus that informed how he played him (and that he identifies with him) and I was like GIVE IT TO MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE and he laughed and was all, yeah I knew you'd be all over that so maybe ONE DAY HE WILL TELL US.

Hrn. The secondaries are also being a little circumspect in their interviews (maybe PTB reminded them that a lot of people are going to go who haven't read the books). With statements like that, I really hope they open up a bit more in after the release.
