I'm pretty sure this fiddles with your mentor-resting rules (because both Brutus and Lyme were Artemisia's mentor), but I figure the Capitol can pretty much force anything they want (and you might not mind too much if I was able to work in Brutus!angst and Lyme/Brutus bro-friendliness).
