Notoriously convention-shy Richard Dean Anderson has just been announced as a guest for Shore Leave. Convention tickets are available at the link, and rooms are still available in the host hotel. I've been attending Shore Leave, a fan-run convention, for over ten years. I love the family-friendly atmosphere, which is much more fun and relaxed than professional (eg, for-profit) conventions. Unlike most years, autographs with RDA are not part of the convention membership (though you can purchase them separately from RDA), and seating at his talks is an add-on to the membership, too. While this does make the membership much more expensive than usual, I also get that, unfortunately, that's part of hosting a guest as expensive (and elusive) as Anderson.
