I've tried three times. Is it the seizure-inducing gifs? The inability to track conversations? I don't know, but my fanosaur brain just can't.

I know Tumblr is wear it's at, and am glad that many of you are having a good time there and want you to continue. I would love, though, if you're writing something or otherwise arting, an LJ post just linking to your Tumbl-fun.

I hear ya. I use tumblr almost entirely for cat/nature/cool stuff gifs and to follow people I already follow on lj, and even managing that took fairly aggressive filters and settings to take out the bullshit reblogs about wankery. (Especially since tumblr by default thinks you want to see that stuff - turning off the HERE IS A SUGGESTED BLOG stuff using xkit does wonders.)
